Dengan mengakses dan menggunakan laman web serta perkhidmatan Revolix Gaming (“Kami”), anda bersetuju untuk mematuhi Terma & Syarat yang dinyatakan di bawah. Sila baca dengan teliti sebelum membuat sebarang transaksi.
1. Umum
1.1. Revolix Gaming merupakan platform penyedia perkhidmatan tambah nilai (“top-up”), pembelian kredit permainan, dan barangan digital.
1.2. Kami berhak mengubah, menambah, atau meminda terma ini pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis.
2. Akaun Pengguna
2.1. Pengguna bertanggungjawab ke atas keselamatan akaun sendiri.
2.2. Sebarang aktiviti dalam akaun dianggap dilakukan oleh pemilik akaun.
3. Transaksi & Pembayaran
3.1. Pastikan maklumat seperti ID permainan, server, username dan sebagainya diberikan dengan tepat sebelum membuat bayaran.
3.2. TIADA PEMULANGAN WANG (NO REFUND) bagi:
- Kesilapan pengguna memasukkan maklumat akaun.
- Pembelian yang telah diproses.
- Pengguna berubah fikiran selepas pembayaran.
3.3. Semua pembayaran adalah muktamad.
4. Baki Dompet / Wallet
4.1. Pengguna boleh menambah baki ke dalam wallet revolixgaming.com untuk tujuan pembelian dalam platform.
4.2. Baki yang telah dimasukkan ke dalam wallet TIDAK BOLEH DITARIK KELUAR (NO WITHDRAW).
5. Masa Proses
5.1. Masa penghantaran dan proses top-up mungkin berbeza bergantung kepada kesibukan sistem vendor.
5.2. Jika berlaku kelewatan, pengguna diminta memberikan masa sewajarnya untuk proses selesai.
6. Reseller
6.1. Reseller yang menggunakan sistem kami tidak dibenarkan menjanjikan kelajuan proses seperti “instant”, “confirm laju”, “sekali masuk terus dapat”, atau sebarang jaminan masa.
6.2. Sistem top-up adalah automatik dan tertakluk kepada server game / vendor, dan bukan berada dalam kawalan penuh kami.
6.3. Sebarang kelewatan yang berlaku bukan alasan untuk refund.
6.4. Reseller bertanggungjawab memberikan kefahaman kepada pelanggan mereka mengenai perkara ini.
7. Sekatan Penggunaan
7.1. Kami tidak bertanggungjawab atas sekatan akaun permainan pengguna akibat:
- Pelanggaran peraturan permainan.
- Penggunaan aplikasi tidak sah atau mod.
8. Liabiliti
7.1. Revolix Gaming tidak bertanggungjawab atas kerugian, kehilangan data, atau isu teknikal yang berlaku dari pihak ketiga (developer game / publisher).
9. Penerimaan
Dengan menggunakan platform ini, anda mengesahkan bahawa anda telah membaca, memahami dan bersetuju dengan semua terma di atas.

By accessing and using the platform and services of Revolix Gaming (“We” / “Us”), you agree to comply with the Terms & Conditions stated below.
1. General
1.1. Revolix Gaming provides top-up services, in-game credit purchases, and digital items.
1.2. We reserve the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. User Account
2.1. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own account.
2.2. Any activity performed through the account will be considered authorized by the account owner.
3. Transactions & Payment
3.1. Users must ensure all submitted details (Game ID, server, username) are accurate before payment.
3.2. NO REFUND will be issued for:
- Incorrect information provided by the user.
- Orders already processed.
- Change of mind.
3.3. All payments are final.
4. Wallet Balance
4.1. Users may deposit balance into the Revolix Gaming wallet for platform purchases.
4.2. Wallet balance CANNOT be withdrawn once deposited.
5. Processing Time
5.1. Delivery and processing times vary based on system and vendor server conditions.
5.2. In case of delays, users must allow reasonable time for the process to complete.
6. Reseller Policy
6.1. Resellers must not promise instant delivery, guaranteed fast processing, or any form of speed assurance to customers.
6.2. The top-up system is automated and relies on external vendor/game servers, which are not fully within our control.
6.3. Any delay does not qualify for refund.
6.4. Resellers are responsible for informing their customers regarding this policy.
7. Account Restrictions
We are not responsible for account suspensions caused by:
- Violation of game rules.
- Usage of unauthorized modifications or third-party tools.
8. Liability
Revolix Gaming is not liable for losses, technical issues, or data disruptions caused by third-party game publishers or providers.
9. Acceptance
By using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
